Ingredients
- Black-eyed pea flour cookie mix 250 g
- Brown sugar or Panela 200 g
- Butter or Margarine 100 g
- Eggs 1 unit
- Chocolate chips or your favorite topping
Preparation
- In a bowl, place 200 g of brown sugar or panela.
- Add 100 g of melted butter or margarine and mix well.
- When the mixture is cool, add 1 egg and stir until combined.
- Incorporate 250 g of the cookie mix and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- If desired, add chocolate chips or your favorite topping.
- Form balls of approximately 50 g and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Bake at 180 °C for 15 to 20 minutes, until slightly golden.
- Remove, let cool slightly and enjoy your fresh baked cookies!
