Ingredients

  • Black-eyed pea flour brownie mix 250 g
  • Sugar or Panela 400 g
  • Butter or Margarine 230 g
  • Eggs 4 units

Preparation

  1. Place 4 eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add 400 g of sugar or powdered panela and stir well.
  3. Incorporate 250 g of the brownie mix and mix until combined.
  4. Add 230 g of melted margarine or butter and mix again.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (skip this step if using silicone).
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35 minutes.
  7. Remove, let cool slightly, cut and enjoy your gluten-free, high-protein brownies.
